Welcome to BlastCaster. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blastcaster.us, including all related information, products, features, tools, and services offered through our website.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our website or purchasing from BlastCaster, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws when using our website or products.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
A violation of these Terms may result in termination or restriction of your access to our services.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
BlastCaster offers fishing-related products and accessories.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their appearance, features, dimensions, components, materials, and intended functionality.
Product photographs, videos, renderings, advertisements, and promotional materials are provided for illustration and demonstration purposes. Actual products may have reasonable variations in colour, finish, dimensions, packaging, markings, materials, accessories, or minor design details due to manufacturing tolerances, supplier updates, lighting, photography, screen settings, or product improvements.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the advertised functionality of the product do not automatically mean that the product is defective.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and specifications before purchasing.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, product descriptions, specifications, packaging, or available variations at any time, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
BlastCaster products must be used safely, responsibly, and for their intended purposes.
Fishing equipment may involve hooks, fishing line, rods, reels, detachable components, moving parts, tension, casting motions, and other conditions that can cause injury or property damage if used improperly.
Before use, you are responsible for inspecting your product and ensuring that all components are correctly assembled, attached, tightened, and secured.
You are responsible for following any instructions supplied with the product and complying with applicable fishing, safety, and environmental regulations.
Do not continue using a product that appears broken, cracked, excessively worn, improperly assembled, loose, or otherwise unsafe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlastCaster is not responsible for injury, product damage, property damage, or other losses caused by misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, investigate, limit, hold, or cancel orders for reasons including:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- payment failure;
- product or supplier unavailability;
- shipping restrictions;
- materially incorrect customer information;
- duplicate or unusually large orders; or
- suspected abuse of our policies.
We may request reasonable information necessary to verify an order before fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or cancelled.
SECTION 5 — PRICES, BILLING AND PAYMENT
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to obvious errors and applicable law.
Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, currency-conversion charges, and similar fees may apply depending on the destination.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We may use payment processors, fraud-prevention services, address verification, and other reasonable methods to evaluate transaction risk.
Orders involving declined, unauthorized, incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious payments may be delayed or cancelled.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics companies, or other fulfillment partners.
Products may therefore ship from locations different from the location of BlastCaster.
Processing and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, high order volumes, supplier delays, international transportation, and local postal delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

SECTION 7 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
BlastCaster may accept orders from customers in multiple countries where shipping is available.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from BlastCaster can lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, processing fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Unless expressly collected during checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
BlastCaster does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee customs processing times.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
BlastCaster provides a 30-day return period for eligible products, beginning on the date the customer receives the product.

Do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
Do not automatically return your product to an address shown on the original shipping package or shipping label. Because orders may be fulfilled through different suppliers or fulfillment locations, the authorized return address may be different.
For ordinary eligible returns where the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 9 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request your order number and reasonable evidence of the problem, including photographs or a short video showing the product and issue.
Where we verify an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our primary resolution will generally be a replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable or another remedy is required by applicable law, an appropriate alternative remedy will be provided.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage after delivery, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, or ordinary wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing or delivery defect.
SECTION 10 — PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your payment provider or applicable consumer law.
Where permitted by law, BlastCaster may respond to payment disputes and provide relevant transaction evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, or other authorized parties.
Evidence may include order information, payment records, product descriptions, communications, shipping information, tracking records, delivery confirmation, photographs, replacement records, and refund records.
Customers must not knowingly seek duplicate reimbursement through both a merchant refund or replacement and a payment dispute.
We reserve the right to contest fraudulent, materially false, abusive, or duplicative disputes and may restrict future orders where permitted by law.
SECTION 11 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
BlastCaster may occasionally offer promotional prices, discount codes, bundles, sales, or other offers.
Promotions may have expiration dates, product restrictions, geographic restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, usage limits, or additional conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to correct obvious promotional errors and modify or discontinue promotions subject to applicable law.
SECTION 12 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate.
However, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, incorrect availability, shipping estimates, or other mistakes.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify product descriptions, change availability, and cancel orders materially affected by an error.
If an error materially affects an order that you have already placed, we may contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

The BlastCaster name, logos, original branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, videos, written content, advertisements, product presentation, and other original materials owned by BlastCaster are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, imitate, commercially exploit, or use protected BlastCaster intellectual property without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a BlastCaster product does not transfer ownership of our trademarks, website content, photographs, marketing materials, branding, or other intellectual property.
Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to violate applicable laws or regulations;
- to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- to provide intentionally false or misleading information;
- to impersonate another person;
- to commit or attempt fraud;
- to use payment information without authorization;
- to transmit malware or malicious code;
- to interfere with website or payment security;

- to seek knowingly fraudulent or duplicate refunds, replacements, or reimbursements; or
- to engage in conduct intended to materially harm BlastCaster, our customers, or our service providers.
Where permitted by law, we may restrict access, cancel pending orders, refuse future orders, or take other reasonable action where we determine that these Terms have been materially violated.
SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
BlastCaster uses third-party services to operate our store and fulfill orders.
These may include Shopify, payment processors, suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.
BlastCaster is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products online.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and BlastCaster. Shopify is not the seller of BlastCaster products.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlastCaster is not responsible for the independent operation or availability of third-party services.
SECTION 16 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through BlastCaster is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers reasonably necessary to operate our store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide customer support, analyze website activity, and deliver products.

SECTION 17 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlastCaster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website, services, or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have additional mandatory consumer protections.
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer-protection law, the applicable mandatory law will apply to the extent of the conflict.
