Return and Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Thank you for shopping with BlastCaster. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged-order claims, delivery issues, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made through our store.

By placing an order with BlastCaster, completing checkout, and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy together with the applicable product description, Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and other terms displayed on our website.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

1. General Return Policy

BlastCaster offers a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

  • unused or only handled as reasonably necessary to inspect it;

  • in its original condition;

  • in its original packaging, where possible;

  • free from damage caused after delivery;

  • unmodified;

  • returned with all included parts, accessories, components, and packaging;

  • accompanied by valid proof of purchase;

  • approved by BlastCaster Support before being sent back; and

  • returned according to the instructions and deadline provided by us.

Customers must contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com before returning an item.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved.

Items sent without prior approval, after the applicable return deadline, or to an unauthorized return address may be refused or treated as ineligible for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Return Window

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the delivery date will generally be determined using carrier tracking records or other available delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from delivery, we may refuse a return request unless applicable law provides additional rights.

Once a return is approved, the customer must ship the item within the period specified in the return instructions.

Failure to ship the item within the stated period may cause the return authorization to expire.

Customers in jurisdictions providing mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights may have additional rights as explained in Section 13.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for:

  • products used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them;

  • products damaged through misuse, improper handling, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear;

  • products that have been modified, disassembled, repaired, or altered;

  • products with missing parts, components, accessories, or substantial packaging;

  • products returned without prior approval;

  • products sent to an incorrect or unauthorized return address;

  • gift cards;

  • products expressly marked as final sale, where permitted by law;

  • products damaged because the customer failed to follow supplied instructions;

  • products damaged through improper assembly or installation;

  • products damaged through unsuitable use;

  • products damaged after delivery;

  • products showing reasonable manufacturing variations that do not materially affect their advertised functionality; or

  • products returned outside the applicable return period.

A carrier delay, customs delay, missed estimated delivery date, or temporary lack of tracking updates does not by itself make an otherwise delivered product defective.

Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging, markings, dimensions, or manufacturing details that do not materially affect the advertised functionality of the product do not automatically make the product defective.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your BlastCaster order when it arrives.

If your product arrives visibly damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact:

blastcastersupport@gmail.com

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

To investigate a claim, we may request:

  • your order number;

  • photographs or videos showing the complete product;

  • close-up photographs or videos showing the issue;

  • photographs of the shipping packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label;

  • photographs showing included parts or components;

  • a description of the problem;

  • completion of reasonable troubleshooting steps; and

  • other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue.

Evidence submitted must accurately represent the product and its condition.

Please do not discard, modify, repair, disassemble, or return a product while a damaged or defective-product claim is being reviewed unless BlastCaster Support instructs you to do so.

If we verify that an eligible product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect because of a fulfillment or product issue, our primary remedy will generally be a replacement product or replacement component.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, another appropriate remedy may be provided if replacement is unavailable or unsuitable.

We may deny claims that are fraudulent, materially misleading, unsupported by reasonable evidence, caused by misuse, or submitted after the product has been substantially altered or damaged by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits remedies required by applicable law.

5. Product Function and Proper Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, specifications, included components, instructions, and intended use before purchasing.

BlastCaster products may require assembly, adjustment, attachment, detachment, or other setup before use.

A product is not considered defective merely because reasonable setup or assembly is required.

We are generally not responsible for problems caused by:

  • incorrect assembly;

  • failure to properly secure components;

  • improper use;

  • failure to follow instructions;

  • incompatible third-party accessories;

  • use of unsuitable fishing line, hooks, lures, rods, reels, or other equipment;

  • water exposure beyond what the product is designed to withstand;

  • dropping, crushing, bending, or otherwise damaging the product;

  • unauthorized modification;

  • opening, disassembling, or attempting to repair the product;

  • using the product for an unintended purpose; or

  • normal wear and tear.

Before claiming that an item is defective, customers may be required to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps provided by BlastCaster Support.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

A refund is not considered approved until BlastCaster confirms that approval.

Where return of the product is required, we may inspect the returned product before completing the refund.

A refund may be reduced or denied where permitted by law if the returned product is materially used, incomplete, damaged after delivery, altered, improperly packaged, missing components, or otherwise inconsistent with the approved return conditions.

After a refund is submitted, processing time depends on your bank, card issuer, Shopify Payments, or other payment processor.

BlastCaster is not responsible for processing delays caused by a bank or payment provider after we have successfully submitted the refund.

Original shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, currency-conversion charges, and other third-party fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund results from our verified error.

To prevent duplicate reimbursement, we may pause a voluntary refund while an active chargeback or payment dispute regarding the same transaction remains open, where permitted by law.

Submitting a refund request does not itself guarantee approval.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

BlastCaster may cover or otherwise resolve return shipping when an item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where applicable law requires us to do so.

Approved returns must be sent to the return address specifically provided by BlastCaster Support.

Because BlastCaster works with fulfillment partners and suppliers, the authorized return location may be different from the address shown on the original package.

Do not return products to:

  • the original sender address;

  • the address printed on the shipping label;

  • a supplier or manufacturer's address;

  • an address found online; or

  • any other address not specifically provided by BlastCaster Support for your return.

Customers should use a trackable shipping method and retain their receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by BlastCaster, the customer is responsible for return-related postage, packaging, tracking, insurance, customs documentation, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier charges.

The customer remains responsible for the returned item until it reaches the designated return facility.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation and order-change requests should be submitted as quickly as possible after ordering.

Because orders may be processed or forwarded to our fulfillment partners quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification can be completed.

Sending a cancellation, address-change, quantity-change, or other modification request does not mean that the request has been approved.

A cancellation or change is confirmed only when BlastCaster Support confirms it.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information during checkout.

BlastCaster may not be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for orders delayed, misdelivered, returned, or otherwise affected because of:

  • incorrect recipient names;

  • incorrect street addresses;

  • missing apartment, unit, floor, gate, or buzzer information;

  • incorrect postal or ZIP codes;

  • incorrect cities, provinces, states, regions, or countries;

  • address-formatting errors;

  • refused deliveries;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • unclaimed packages;

  • inaccessible delivery locations;

  • unpaid customs or import fees; or

  • failure to respond to a carrier or customs authority.

Address-change requests are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If a package is returned because of incorrect customer-provided information, refusal, an unclaimed shipment, or failure to pay applicable import charges, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping, return, customs, handling, or related costs.

Carrier tracking, delivery scans, photographs, signatures, customs information, and other available delivery records may be considered when investigating delivery claims.

A missed estimated delivery date or temporary lack of tracking updates does not by itself establish that an order is lost.

10. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraudulent Claims

Customers who believe there is a problem with an order are encouraged to contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy prevents customers from exercising legitimate rights through their bank, payment provider, or applicable consumer law.

Where permitted by law, BlastCaster may respond to a chargeback, payment dispute, inquiry, or reversal and provide relevant transaction evidence to authorized payment processors, banks, card networks, carriers, platforms, or fraud-prevention providers.

Relevant evidence may include:

  • order confirmation;

  • payment records;

  • checkout information;

  • billing and shipping information;

  • fraud-screening information;

  • product descriptions applicable at the time of purchase;

  • fulfillment records;

  • shipping labels;

  • tracking information;

  • delivery scans or photographs;

  • carrier confirmation;

  • emails and customer-support communications;

  • photographs or videos submitted by the customer;

  • troubleshooting records; and

  • refund or replacement records.

Customers must not knowingly attempt to obtain duplicate reimbursement through both a BlastCaster refund or replacement and a payment dispute.

Where permitted by law, we may contest disputes that available evidence reasonably indicates are fraudulent, materially false, abusive, misleading, or duplicative.

If a payment dispute is opened while a voluntary refund, replacement, return, or investigation is pending, we may pause that voluntary resolution where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate reimbursement.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate right that cannot legally be waived.

11. Legal Rights and Policy Enforcement

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to a transaction, the mandatory requirement will apply to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

BlastCaster's decision to approve a return, refund, replacement, cancellation, or other exception in one situation does not require us to provide the same exception in every other situation.

Our failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

12. Return Authorization and Inspection

All returns must be authorized by BlastCaster Support before shipment.

To request authorization, contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com and include:

  • your full name;

  • order number;

  • email address used for the order;

  • product being returned;

  • reason for the return; and

  • photographs or other information if requested.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returned products may be inspected after arrival.

The inspection may consider whether:

  • the correct product was returned;

  • all components are included;

  • the product is in the condition described by the customer;

  • the product has been used or damaged;

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs were made; and

  • the return complies with the conditions under which it was approved.

Sending an item back does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Once the return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund or other requested remedy has been approved.

13. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchase an eligible physical product from BlastCaster online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the order without providing a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

Contact:

blastcastersupport@gmail.com

Your request should include:

  • your full name;

  • order number;

  • email address used for the order;

  • product you wish to return; and

  • a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not authorize you to return the product to an address of your choosing.

If the withdrawal qualifies, BlastCaster will provide return instructions and the designated return address.

Customers must not return products to the original shipping address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Where permitted by applicable EU law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless BlastCaster agrees otherwise or the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned products must generally be sent within the applicable statutory period after notifying us of the withdrawal.

Where legally permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the returned product or sufficient evidence that it has been sent back.

Customers may handle the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Where permitted by law, a deduction may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section reduces any additional statutory rights available to EU consumers.
