Shipping Policy

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through BlastCaster are processed, fulfilled, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

By placing an order with BlastCaster, completing checkout, and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Processing Time and Shipping Time Are Separate

Processing and fulfillment time are separate from shipping and carrier transit time.

Most BlastCaster orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Business days do not include weekends, statutory holidays, carrier holidays, or days when our suppliers or fulfillment partners are not operating.

Processing times may vary because of:

  • product availability;

  • supplier timing;

  • order volume;

  • holidays;

  • quality-control requirements;

  • operational delays;

  • payment or fraud-verification reviews;

  • carrier acceptance delays; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.

Submitting an address change, cancellation request, or customer-support inquiry does not automatically pause processing unless BlastCaster confirms otherwise.

Estimated Shipping Times Are Not Guaranteed

Once an order has been processed and transferred for shipment, most shipments are estimated to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days.

This estimate begins after fulfillment and does not include processing time.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping times may vary because of:

  • carrier delays;

  • customs processing;

  • customs inspections;

  • weather conditions;

  • holidays;

  • high order volume;

  • logistics disruptions;

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • international shipping delays;

  • import restrictions;

  • labour disruptions;

  • public emergencies; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any shipping or arrival estimate displayed on our website, product pages, advertisements, checkout pages, order confirmations, emails, tracking pages, or customer communications is an estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date.

An order arriving after an estimated delivery window does not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, replacement, or compensation except where required by applicable law.

If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, trip, fishing event, vacation, gift, or other time-sensitive occasion, please consider the possibility of carrier or fulfillment delays before ordering.

Tracking Updates May Be Delayed

Tracking information may take several business days to update after a tracking number has been created or the package has been transferred between fulfillment and logistics partners.

Tracking may temporarily display statuses such as:

  • “label created”;

  • “shipment information received”;

  • “pre-shipment”;

  • limited movement;

  • repeated scans;

  • delayed scans; or

  • no new updates while the package remains in transit.

A tracking number being created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has completed its first physical scan.

Temporary gaps in tracking information do not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.

High-Order-Volume Notice

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, supplier delays, holidays, seasonal demand, viral social-media activity, fulfillment surges, or other operational disruptions, orders may take longer than estimated to process, fulfill, or deliver.

All processing and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled as quickly as reasonably possible after payment has been confirmed and any necessary payment, fraud, address, or order verification has been completed.

Most standard BlastCaster orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product availability;

  • supplier timing;

  • order volume;

  • payment verification;

  • holidays;

  • carrier disruptions;

  • quality-control requirements; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping and carrier transit time.

An order is not considered delayed merely because it remains within the applicable processing period.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

After fulfillment, most shipments are estimated to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days.

This estimate is not guaranteed.

Some orders may take longer because of high order volume, supplier processing, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, logistics disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated shipping time may not include:

  • processing time;

  • customs inspections;

  • import clearance;

  • destination-country handoff delays;

  • local-carrier processing;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • customer-requested delivery changes; or

  • periods when the parcel is waiting for customer action.

All delivery windows displayed by BlastCaster should be understood as estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

A delay beyond an estimated delivery date does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory delivery remedy, BlastCaster will comply with that law.

3. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided during checkout after your order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address;

  • checking spam, junk, and promotions folders;

  • monitoring tracking information;

  • responding to carrier requests; and

  • contacting the local carrier when delivery assistance is required.

Tracking information may take several business days to begin updating.

Carrier scans, transit events, customs events, and delivery confirmations may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, grouped together, or temporarily unavailable.

International shipments may also be transferred between multiple logistics providers or carriers.

BlastCaster may rely on available tracking information, shipping records, carrier records, delivery photographs, signatures, customs records, and fulfillment information when reviewing a shipping concern.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering and reviewing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information before submitting an order.

This includes:

  • recipient name;

  • street address;

  • apartment, unit, suite, floor, or buzzer number where applicable;

  • city;

  • province, state, or region;

  • postal or ZIP code;

  • country; and

  • telephone number or email address when required for delivery.

BlastCaster is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for orders delayed, misdirected, returned, or otherwise affected because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Please review the shipping address shown in your order confirmation immediately after ordering.

Address-change requests are not guaranteed.

Sending us an address-change request does not mean the address has successfully been changed. A change should only be considered accepted when BlastCaster confirms it.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, changing the address may no longer be possible.

If a carrier charges a fee for redirecting or correcting a shipment because of customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for that fee.

5. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

A delivery may fail because of:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address;

  • missing apartment or unit information;

  • an inaccessible delivery location;

  • an unavailable recipient;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • refusal of delivery;

  • failure to collect the package;

  • unpaid customs charges;

  • failure to provide required customs information;

  • ignored carrier or customs communications; or

  • local delivery restrictions.

If a package is returned, abandoned, held, or otherwise made undeliverable because of customer action or customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with:

  • return shipping;

  • reshipping;

  • customs;

  • duties;

  • taxes;

  • handling;

  • carrier fees; or

  • other applicable delivery expenses.

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable in these circumstances except where required by law.

If reshipping is available, BlastCaster may require payment of applicable reshipping costs before sending the package again.

6. Lost, Stolen, Missing, or Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, customers should first check:

  • all entrances;

  • porches;

  • garages or side doors;

  • mailboxes;

  • parcel lockers;

  • household members;

  • neighbours;

  • building staff;

  • concierge or reception;

  • mailrooms;

  • local post offices; and

  • the delivering carrier.

Some carriers may mark a package as delivered shortly before final physical delivery, so customers should allow a reasonable period after a delivery scan.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com.

We may ask you to:

  • contact the carrier;

  • open a carrier investigation;

  • confirm your shipping address;

  • provide carrier correspondence;

  • provide photographs of the delivery area;

  • provide a signed statement of non-receipt; or

  • complete other reasonable verification steps.

BlastCaster may assist with legitimate carrier investigations where reasonably possible.

Carrier delivery scans, photographs, signatures, geographic delivery information, building records, or other reliable delivery confirmations may be considered when reviewing a claim.

Nothing in this section limits any remedy required by applicable law.

7. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs fees;

  • import duties;

  • VAT;

  • sales taxes;

  • brokerage fees;

  • handling charges;

  • inspection fees;

  • local carrier fees; or

  • other government or third-party charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.

BlastCaster does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee whether charges will be imposed, how much they will be, or how long customs processing will take.

Customers are responsible for understanding applicable import requirements before purchasing.

Failure or refusal to pay customs charges does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If a shipment is returned because the customer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs or import charges, any refund or reshipment will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Shipping Restrictions

BlastCaster may restrict, hold, refuse, or cancel orders to destinations where shipping is:

  • unavailable;

  • restricted;

  • unsafe;

  • unlawful;

  • prohibited by applicable sanctions; or

  • unsupported by our carriers or fulfillment partners.

We may also be unable to deliver to certain incomplete, temporary, high-risk, freight-forwarding, or repeatedly unsuccessful delivery addresses.

If we discover after an order is placed that we cannot ship to the customer's destination, we may cancel the order and issue any refund required under applicable law.

Customers who choose to use a freight forwarder, parcel forwarding service, reshipping company, hotel, temporary accommodation, or third-party receiving service do so subject to the additional risks associated with those services.

9. High-Order-Volume Notice

During periods of:

  • high order volume;

  • product launches;

  • major promotions;

  • increased supplier demand;

  • fulfillment delays;

  • viral social-media exposure;

  • seasonal demand;

  • holidays; or

  • operational disruptions,

orders may take longer than normal to process, fulfill, and deliver.

Estimated processing and shipping times displayed on our website, advertisements, checkout pages, product pages, emails, order confirmations, or tracking pages remain estimates.

They should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates or promises that delivery will occur before a specific event or occasion.

10. Shipping Claims and Payment Disputes

Customers experiencing a shipping problem should contact blastcastersupport@gmail.com and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue.

When reviewing a shipping claim, we may request:

  • order number;

  • customer's full name;

  • email address used during checkout;

  • confirmation of shipping address;

  • tracking information;

  • carrier correspondence;

  • photographs or video;

  • a statement of non-receipt; or

  • other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Submitting a shipping claim does not automatically mean that a refund or replacement has been approved.

If a payment dispute or chargeback concerning shipping, delivery, or non-receipt is initiated, BlastCaster may provide relevant transaction and shipping records to the applicable payment processor, bank, card network, carrier, fraud-prevention provider, or other authorized party.

These records may include:

  • order confirmation;

  • shipping address;

  • fulfillment records;

  • shipping labels;

  • tracking records;

  • carrier scans;

  • delivery photographs;

  • signatures;

  • geographic delivery information;

  • customs records;

  • customer communications;

  • carrier investigation results;

  • evidence of attempted delivery; and

  • evidence of any replacement or refund already provided.

Customers must not knowingly attempt to obtain duplicate reimbursement through both BlastCaster and a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights that cannot legally be waived.
